Info:  KDE MiniMe features a minimal classic KDE 3.5.10 desktop and almost no extra applications. This release is for users who want to trick out their desktop by installing only the applications they want to use through our Synaptic Package Manager. KDE 4 is also available as package update after installation. This is the last release of MiniMe based on KDE 3. The next release will feature a minimal KDE 4 desktop.

Burning an ISO image in Microsoft Windows.

ISO Recorder is a freeware tool which makes image writing available from the Windows desktop. Download and install ISO Recorder according to the instructions on their home page. You can write images in much the same way as under GNOME in Linux: browse to locate the file, right click on it, and choose ‘Copy image to CD’. This is the simplest available method for writing disc images under Windows.

Running an ISO image in Miscroft Windows.
